Trainee Recruitment Consultant  Starting out in Recruitment can be tough. It can be a demanding and high-pressured job at times, but, with the right training and support it will be very rewarding with rapid career progression and excellent earning potential!   Working under the guidance of one of our top-billing consultants, you will benefit from their direct support and training on a daily basis, whilst also developing your skills via our comprehensive Induction and ongoing Training Programme.     Responsibilities include all aspects of the recruitment process from qualifying candidates, writing adverts and identifying job opportunities to meeting and liaising with clients.   A little about us.... We have been in the region for circa 15 years and during that time we have forged great working relationships with a comprehensive list of market leading and prestigious local, regional and national clients. Our Construction team works in partnership with a number of Main Contracting, Residential development and sub-contracting businesses providing tailored recruitment packages for White and Blue collar professionals. Due to expansion we are currently seeking a motivated and personable individual for a busy Trades and Labour desk. A bit about you...  First and foremost, you need to be driven and possess a 'can-do' attitude. The financial rewards can be fantastic in recruitment, but it only comes with hard-work and incessant activity! You need to be professional and have a desire to provide the best service possible with excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.  This is a sales based role and hence experience in sales or customer service would be advantage.
