Kinetic Recruitment Services Limited are currently looking to recruit within our North East Skilled & Trades Division (Blue Collar Engineering Recruitment). Where : North East Office based on the Team Valley Trading Estate (Gateshead) Sector : Engineering, Manufacturing and Technical sector. What : Trainee Recruitment Consultant (either currently in an outbound sales and/or a recruitment resourcer role with sales experience and looking to progress) This role has endless potential for a successful recruiter to grow and enjoy a rewarding and lucrative career within a great organisation. This is predominantly a sales role and if you enjoy speaking to people on the phone and face to face then this is the role for you. You will work closely with the Recruitment Consultants within the office to learn the industry sectors of manufacturing and engineering and the recruitment process.
