We are currently looking for a trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Chiswick. This position will be working within our Temporary Division where you will be responsible for recruiting Temporary staff for a range of clients. Full training will be given. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established team where you will be working on a busy desk with a good existing client base which has ample opportunity to grow and develop. Duties will include:*Sourcing and recruiting temporary staff for a range of clients covering a wide range of industries*Business development which will be a mixture of telephone based prospecting, mail shots, client meetings and field based sales within the West London areas. Sourcing potential candidates through a range of activities which include advertising jobs, CV searching, candidate walk ins, social media etc*Interviewing potential candidates*Short-listing and matching candidates to live job vacancies.*Completing reference requests *Negotiating fees and salaries with clients and candidates. *Completing all associated ad hoc tasks including all back office administration. Candidates Must Have:*Previous experience in a target driven, sales based role either face to face or telephone based*Be an effective communicator who is able to deal with clients and candidates with different levels of seniority*Have excellent customer service skills*Have the ability to meet strict deadlines and work in a pressured environment*Be able to prioritise own workload*Be a competent user of all Microsoft Office applications in particular Word and Excel*Have strong administrative skills* Adecco is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
