Best Recruit UK is searching for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to come and join us at Best Recruit HQ in Accrington. I know that you have probably not considered a career in recruitment before as nobody grows up wanting to be a recruitment consultant. We work with a wide variety of companies ranging from independent to international business, recruiting all levels of retail management, executive and head office roles from John O’Groats to Lands End. The Role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in our Business… As you will see below, the role really is multifaceted, ranging from sales, customer service, administration and general day-to-day business operation. In no particular order… • Talent Mapping. • Name Gathering. • Head Hunting. • CV Searching on databases (Reed, Monster, CV Library, Total Jobs etc). • Taking inbound telephone enquiry’s. • General great customer service. • Editing candidates CV’s and sending them over to our clients. • Attending client meetings with some of the biggest retailers in the UK. • Screening / Interviewing candidates over the telephone. • Interviewing candidates face-to-face. • Responding to emails. • Creating optimised Job Adverts. • Liaising with candidates. • Liaising with clients. • Arranging candidate interviews with our clients. • Face-to-face pitching for potential new business. • Creating candidate databases on Excel to send to our clients. • Researching potential new clients.
