Position: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Lichfield, Staffordshire
Salary: Base salary negotiable dependant on candidate and experience – team incentives and bonus and accelerated basic salary increases based upon performance with an uncapped OTE once progressed to a full recruitment consultant. (Weekly and Monthly competitions) Hours 830am – 530pm or 9 to 6pm.

By working in partnership with your customers, establishing effective relationships and building your own personal brand and reputation, you will help and support your clients and candidates to recruit talent and secure opportunities, across the Customer Contact industry.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be paired with one of our established and experienced team members, working together to support our customers and develop vertical markets. You will help with administration, research, resourcing, lead generation and business development activities and will be tasked with developing your own portfolio of contact and customers.

Our offices are situated just 5 minutes from Lichfield Train Station which is just 40 minutes from Birmingham.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Research and source potential candidates utilising a variety of tools, database, social media and through industry networking.
• Effectively plan your activities and prioritise workload and timelines to achieve deadlines.
• Review and pre-screen candidates received from advertising, networking or referrals.
• Provide administration and telephone support to the office and team
• Develop and generate market research, leads and potential client customers.
• Proactively source new clients, contacts and referrals.
• Follow up on leads and referrals
• Attend face to face appointments, interviews and events from time to time
• Headhunt prospective candidates
• Utilise multi-channels and social media to source and generate prospective customers, clients and candidates.
