They are now seeking to hire several talented sales people as Trainee Recruitment Consultants in Leeds. Benefits package: * £18,000-£20,500 Trainee Recruitment Consultant salary with £5,000 rise at 12 months. * Uncapped commission (OTE £40,000 in year one and £60,000+ in year two). * Benefits including Company Pension, Paid Charity Days, Save As You Earn Share Scheme (SAYE), Healthcare and Company Car scheme (or Car Allowance) on qualification. * Staff incentive programme including team and individual holidays, sporting hospitality / days at the races, restaurant events etc… About you: You will have sales experience in either B2C or B2B and will be passionate about moving your career into the recruitment sector.
