THE POSITION: * Working within our proactive Trainee Recruitment Consultant team you will be targeting prospective & existing clients by telephone, face to face meetings and business networking group * Strategically identifying businesses within the sectors that Get Recruited operate and generating targets lists from both new & existing clients * Consultative selling of Permanent, Temporary & Contract staffing solutions to businesses across the entire UK * Attending adhoc client meetings both via Video Conferencing & Face to Face * Building a strong referral network by attending business community networking events * Understanding the requirements of the clients by taking exact details of the vacancies available * Attending weekly team meetings to discuss pipeline opportunities * Undergoing regular internal & external sales training courses * Conducting credit checks and setting up credit accounts for clients * General administration THE PERSON: * Previous experience in B2C Sales or B2B Sales would be ideal, however, we will consider * Current sales experience within a Business to Business (B2B) environment * A highly motivated individual who is driven by money and career development * Capable of being able to communicate to Director level contacts * Computer literate with MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet * A naturally confident individual who is able to communicate via phone, face to face meetings and group based networking situations.
