We are fast-growing, International, dedicated to developing our staff and a leading Recruitment company in the UK. The role is very much a sales based role involving a lot of business development. As a Recruitment Consultant, you would be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary and permanent positions within client companies. The role is a full 360 role working with both clients and candidates, networking and building rapport in order to sell our recruitment services and close deals. As a company, the G2V group specialise in the IT, engineering, construction and pharmaceutical industries. You would be working from a cold desk, starting from scratch generating and developing your own business. Daily tasks may include: • Identifying, researching and approaching potential clients • Building relationships • Researching your market • Persuading potential clients to use our recruitment services • Advertising jobs • Cold calling potential candidates and clients • Sourcing the right candidates and shortlisting them through interviewing and prepping • Making recommendations • Generating leads • Arranging the interview process and closing deals. The more you build for the company, the more you are rewarded financially through an uncapped commission structure on top of your basic salary- It is a lucrative industry, especially the markets that we work within (£18K,(£20K London) OTE £35k-£50k year 1 working on an accumulative basis with the potential of six figures in 3 years!). Our commission structure is particularly good with no threshold and it completely uncapped. To simplify- the more money you bill, the higher percentage of commission you will receive!
