Candidates will ideally have a passion for sales and be able to converse with people from all walks of life via the phone or face to face and demonstrate flexibility within their role. You will need to be an effective team player, have the drive and ambition to work towards targets with excellent organisational and communicating skills and be able to work flexibly, including early mornings. You will essentially be responsible for your own area and for the recruitment and management of staff within that area. In Summary -Working towards targets in relation to the role -Identify new clients/schools and arranging appointments - Able to communicate at all levels within a school to include Business Managers, Supply Coordinators and Head Teachers -Contact existing clients in order to maintain relationship and further develop business -Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, e.g. newspapers, websites, magazines -Identifying suitable candidates for positions in schools -Using our extensive teacher /support staff databases to find the right person for the client’s /school vacancy -Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates -Interviewing and informing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question -Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients/ schools in respect of suitable applicants -Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client / school -Informing candidates about the results of their interviews -Offering advice to both clients/school and candidates on training and career progression -Applicants must have their own transport and ideally have undertaken a graduate degree or can provide evidence of work based experience in this field or work. OVERVIEW - Competitive Salary -Hours = 41.5 annualised hours per week -7am - 5pm term time -9am -3pm during school holidays (pay remains same each month) -Bonus payments paid quarterly when targets are hit -Petrol expenses paid at 40p per mile -CPD (continuing professional development) offered to all staff -Full driving licence essential to the role.
