Job Description Position: Trainee Recruitment Consultant Location: London (Kings Cross) Sector: I.T Sales Salary: £20K + Extras: Commission & Bonuses Training: Yes, top flight training with the company owner We’re looking to fill an excellent role located near Kings Cross station in central London. This role would be as a trainee recruitment consultant working the I.T Sales sector. Due to the recent success of the company and those that are in it they now have a huge influx of roles that they need to fill. They’re looking at taking onboard a few great people that have got the desire to learn new skills and the hunger to earn as much money as possible. In this role you would be under the guidance of the managing director and given roles to work on immediately. You will make your first placement within your first 10-12 weeks and start earning commission straight away. In some companies, this is unheard of. This would be a great position for someone with sales/customer service experience that is now looking to get into the world of recruitment and begin what will become a great career. The company currently has 5 people within it and is looking to grow to over 12 in the next year. If you’re after a position that will offer you the chance of progression, this is it. There are huge plans to grow this business into a market leading company. They’re a great bunch that are all quite chilled out. This is not a corporate company that is going to have you on the phone from 7am to 8pm every day. They regularly have trips out as a team, their great location in the city offers them some of the best drinking spots in the city and they often have drinks after work to discuss the day’s events.
