Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Birmingham Agency Award Winning Agency Working Across Public and Private Sectors Competitive Basic Salary + Commission (Average £35k 1st year) No experience necessary! Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham Our client is a well-established agency with over 6 years’ experience and 4 offices across the UK. They work across both public and private sectors including IT, Legal, HR and Finance and you will be highly trained to become a real specialist in the field you go into. They have won multiple awards for the investment in their employee’s and are now looking to expand the team further in the Birmingham office. The Role • Sourcing new business including warm calling • Sourcing appropriate candidates for the clients • Setting up interviews and delivering feedback • Lead generating • Agreeing client terms and sending out paperwork • Writing up job specs and adverts • Headhunting via LinkedIn and other social media • Fast paced, phone sales!
