Trainee Recruitment Consultant | Account Manager | Exeter

We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager to join our team in Exeter to support the continued success of the branch. WB Employment are a Recruitment Business specialising in Industrial, driving, commercial and engineering sectors. This is a 360 role in a fast paced environment – It’s a very hands on diverse role and will suit a dedicated, committed individual who strives under pressure and challenges. Previous experience in recruitment or sales is an advantage but not essential. The role will be full time, Monday to Friday with working hours between 07:00 – 18:00 but principally 08:00 - 17:00. These hours are normal working hours, although they may differ to cover holiday, sickness and peak periods. Responsibilities And Duties Duties will include, but are not limited to: - Taking and dealing with requests from clients - Organising temporary staff to maximise fulfillment of client requests - Recruiting and retaining candidates - Interviewing potential candidates - Recruitment administration (e.g. eligibility & reference checks) - Client management - General office admin/compliance  Qualifications And Skills - An upbeat personality - Commitment to professionalism - Computer literate - Ability to speak any other language (e.g. Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian, Slovakian etc) would be an advantage - Driving licence is essential  Benefits In return, we are offering the following: - Access to monthly & quarterly bonus schemes - 28 days paid leave (including Bank Holidays) - 6 monthly reviews with a personal development plan  For an immediate confidential chat about this position, please apply or send a CV or email to
