This means that we're expanding our team of staff and a vacancy is currently available for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Birmingham. The role is based at our city centre office (right by Five Ways on Hagley Road) and it offers a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and outgoing individual to embark on a financially rewarding sales career, in a company that values its staff. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with Connex, you will be responsible for building relationships with schools in the local area and, using our ever-growing base of candidates, will strive to meet their supply needs. This isn't just a regular desk job however; you'll also be able to leave the office behind regularly to visit schools in your area and generate new business. As you'll be travelling locally, you must be able to drive and have access to a car. We are looking for someone with a confident, lively personality, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of working towards (and beating) set targets. You do not need any previous experience in order to apply; however, a basic understanding of the education recruitment industry would be ideal.
