The progression here is target-based with much scope to manage in just 18months for top consultants. Our internal Sales Academy will be on hand to train and develop you throughout your career including an initial 4 month mentor programme with one of the companies top performers, monthly Business Reviews with a Director and intensive classroom-based sessions. Most of the training, however, is ‘on-the-job’ allowing you to make money whilst learning. We provide a great platform for both graduates and 2nd jobbers to accelerate a sales career. More about the role: Recruitment is a sales-based B2B role. This is a full 360 role allowing you to be responsible for your own assignments from inception to completion. On a daily basis you will be developing new client relationships as well as maintaining existing ones, sourcing new candidates, arranging interviews, negotiating rates and closing deals. At SmithCorp, consultants work in ‘vertical markets’ allowing you the chance to ‘own’ your clients and roles – this create a supportive, professional and fun environment where you will not be in competition with any of your colleagues. More about you: • You’ll have a 2:1 in degree in any subject OR hospitality experience OR sales experience . • You’re hard working and keen to be rewarded for your efforts. • You’re competitive and aim to smash targets! • You’ll be confident, personable & well-presented with a clear understanding of why you want to work in a sales based role. • You’’ have no recruitment experience – many of our consultants come from backgrounds such as retail, hospitality and even fresh graduates.
