Job Description

SThree want to be the most respected and highly valued international, specialist staffing services business. "Our success and growth has been driven by the quality of our people, the training we provide and the loyalty we develop." - Gary Elden, CEO of SThree About SThree Group Like all great ideas, four friends had a great idea to combine their experience and we founded Computer Futures because of the skills shortage within IT and propositioned ourselves as a business that really understands the sector. Fast-forward to 2015 and we have grown our business to become the world's largest Recruitment provider. We are now the only Recruitment employer to be awarded as one of 'The Times Top 50 Employers of Women 2014 and 2015'. We are a team of 2700 across 45 offices in 15 countries; we have great open plan offices in some of the most incredible locations such as Times Square, overlooking Sydney Harbour and just off Europe's busiest shopping street, Oxford Street London. About the job Your job as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant are to use sales, marketing techniques, networking and business development techniques to attract business from companies. You must develop a good understanding of companies and their business is key, in order to build better stronger relationships with companies. As well as this, you'll be attracting candidates by using a wide range of media and drafting advertising copy for use on social media /networks, attending events, recruiting and through referrals. Once you have found suitable candidates, you will screen and interview candidates, conducting background checks, and matching candidates to jobs. Naturally, with the role, it is a consultative job and you will need to advise both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and on job opportunities. You'll be working within the Public Sector space, specialising in NHS and Private Healthcare clients supporting organisations in their efforts to improve health outcomes, reduce delays and overall provide a better service to patients. Clinical Information Systems (CIS) can be complex and have led to a number of CIS to manage the vast range of requirements such as issue around data maintenance, patient confidentiality and the concept of a paperless workforce. With this in mind, the successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant will need to be able to understand complex IT systems and be accustomed to dealing with companies who have a lot of jargon. What skills are needed for the job? To be successful in your job as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will need to have gained at least 12 months sales experience, selling to businesses in a competitive industry. You will need to be able to demonstrate examples where you have worked determinedly to achieve a goal or target as well as having the commercial awareness needed to make fast decisions. The job is not for someone who wants easy results or a 'quick win'. It will take you time to get up to speed and if you don't have the patience to invest in something long term then please do not apply. Salary and benefits We pay a basic salary depending on experience between £20,000 and £25,000 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This rises with each promotion and you will be set a target from day 1 to work towards. You'll have targets to achieve to incentivise you to achieve these targets such as lunch club where you'll be taken out to lunch for the afternoon with your Manager and others in your team to congratulate the work you're doing. We also have quarterly and yearly incentives where our highest performers are taken away on holiday to places like Las Vegas, Dubai, Amsterdam, Paris and Berlin. Each year, SThree host an annual Christmas Party held in Battersea Park, London. It's all expenses paid celebration and last year, the whole of Europe flew over to join us.
