Team Support Midlands are currently looking to expand their Commercial division based at their Head Office which is in The Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis. Salary: Negotiable DOE plus uncapped commission Hours: Mon - Thurs 8am-5pm and Friday finish at 4.30pm Do you have Sales experience within a Business to Business environment? Duties: Making outbound calls on a Business to Business basis to introduce Team Support and the recruitment services we are able to offer Manage your own diary to ensure you follow up on all leads Arranging/Attending visits at clients premises to discuss vacancies that they are looking to recruit for Advertising roles on different job boards ensuring you attract the best possible candidates Telephone interviewing candidates and meeting/registering them before submitting their CV to your client Experience: A minimum of 12 months experience within a Telesales/Field Sales role dealing with clients on a Business to Business level Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Smart and Professional appearance Must hold a Full Drivers Licence and have access to your own vehicle
