They provide permanent, contract and interim candidates along with project and Digital Resourcing Solutions (DRS). We are currently seeking driven individuals that are self-motivated and determined to succeed in a buzzing collaborative sales environment and progress and grow their career in recruitment. You will receive an extensive 10 week training programme to ensure your success. £18,000 – £45,000 We are open to candidates from a wide range of backgrounds, as a guide some skills and experiences we look for are listed below • Sales experience, previous success in meeting targets and goals • A proven hard worker, measurable in academic success or previous work achievement • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Be determined to succeed • Ability to self-manage and self-analyse • Be fun, our industry can be stressful, so it is important to smile and focus on rewards
