Due to our rapid growth and expansion we now have exciting new openings for talented individuals who want to start a progressive, successful career in Recruitment. Newstaff Employment are now looking for 2 Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join the team within our Milton Keynes office. Succesful candidates must have their own transport. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you, the successful candidate, will be hungry for success and eager to learn alongside our experienced team. Good communication skills is a definitive must as you will build your business through speaking with new and existing clients, candidates and various sources. We would like you to be sales driven, with some experience in sales and/or building relationships with clients and customers alike. At Newstaff Employment, we provide a comprehensive training academy for trainee consultants led by a specialist Learning and Development Manager over the course of 3 weeks with a follow-up schedule to assist trainee's in becoming fully fledged recruitment consultants. MAIN JOB DUTIES: Business Development *Using Newstaff’s existing database to establish and build your own profitable business division within Newstaff Employment Services Ltd *Developing new leads from competitor analysis, websites, networking, referrals and face to face business meetings Recruitment *Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods including websites, referrals, networking etc *Writing job adverts *Interviewing candidates *Negotiating business offers and selling Newstaff Employment Services Ltd's unique selling features To apply please forward your CV
