Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Driving Division We are currently looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Driving Team within the Letchworth branch. About the Role, You would be working alongside experienced Consultants on the Driving Desk. You will be learning the ropes as you go but primarily you will start with Resourcing, looking for suitable candidates and some administration. You will then quickly progress onto the Sales side of the role where you will be responsible for bringing your own clients on board and start earning your commission About you We are looking for someone with drive, determination and commitment. The ability to work under pressure and keep clam when everything around you is mantic…….. You will need to have a steady work record, no job hoppers.
