Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Engineering and Technical We are looking for four exceptional individuals to join our 2016 trainee recruitment consultant scheme, within our Engineering and Technical Division. We work with businesses providing interim, contingency and retained recruitment services. We oversee Engineering and Technical jobs within Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical engineering. We cover Manufacturing, Development, Services and Support functions. As a recruitment consultant, you will be doing business development, account management, sourcing, interviewing, retainer solutions, search and selection assignments, contract recruitment – running your desk as though it were your own business and growing turnover and profitability. Our training scheme involves 12 months formal training, coursework assignments, progress stages, and individual mentoring. Entry criteria Qualification in engineering or experience in an engineering role.
