We only have, and will continue to, recruit at trainee level with a huge emphasis on the continual development of our staff from Day One up to Exec-Level. What can we offer our trainees? • A generous, uncapped commission structure alongside a competitive basic salary. Realistically consultants will earn £25-30K in their first year however exceptional consultants have earned in excess of £40k+ - the more you put in, the more you get out! Within 3 years, most consultants are earning £55-65K with many top performers taking home six figures. • Clear, target-based progression which allows you to progress fast.
