Based within 4 offices in Bristol, Portishead, London and Truro, we are an organic company, each and every member of staff here started their career here as trainees with little no or recruitment experience and are continuing to climb the ladder. Promoting only ever from within, the progression here is clear, structured and target-based allowing you to progress from trainee to management in as little as 18 months. Due to our organic structure, training is a huge investment for us. We have our own in-house Business Performance Academy offering support and guidance from Trainee right the way to Director level. Initially, the vast majority of the training is ‘on-the-job’ in the form of a Mentor Training Programme enabling you begin earning commission from Day One whilst learning from one of the companies top billers. As is the nature of the company, your mentor will have started their career here as a trainee too and will be in a great position to provide valuable knowledge and experience. As a Trainee starting here in 2017, your career is likely to follow a 5 year plan – by 2020, after working here for just 3 years, you should be looking to manage a team of 2-5 of your own consultants and should be pushing £60K+. By 2022, after working here for 5 years, you’re realistically looking to achieve senior management level – you may have a team of between 5 -8 consultants and will be looking to earn between £80-100k+. Exceptional individuals have reached Director-level in just 5 years - £100k+ - in just 5 years. What you get in here is what you get out.
