To equip you for this role we will give you structured training from the Interaction TrainingAcademy and provides you all the training, one-to-one coaching, and ongoing mentorship to ensure your success. Recruitment at Interaction is a fun fast paced and challenging business where hard work and talent is rewarded financially and in career advancement. We provide you will full training and support in how to sell professionally an d our reputation is everything. Currently our growth means we have training opportunities in Coventry, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Peterborough and Watford. You must be able to commute to these locations on a daily basis. At Interaction your earnings are unlimited and in your first year you should expect to earn £30k - £40k. Once successful, your earnings potential is superb with our high-achievers earning £50k+ per annum and many earning £75k+.
