Fun, young company culture Early finish fridays Exceptional commission stucture The Role We want our talent to be immersed immediately into the recruitment world so you can start earning commission from day 1. You will start immediately as a 360 consultant. What this means is you will not only manage the candidate process but also you'll pick up your own clients and nurture accounts. What will I learn in my first 3 months? Business Development - Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to win business from client companies. Account Management - Developing an excellent understanding of your clients and what they do. - Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them. Finding candidates - Advertising vacancies by drafting and posting adverts on job websites, LinkedIn and other social media platforms. - Using job website databases to proactively find suitable candidates for your client’s vacancy. - Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work. Managing the process - Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates for your client. - Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question. - Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants If you’re looking to be in control of your career, working on a business within a business, managing your own meetings and ultimately controlling your earnings, then this is the company for you!
