The role: A “recruitment consultant” from Day One, you will initially be working alongside one of the companies top billers as part of our 1-2-1 mentoring programme as you learn the ins & outs of the role including how to win new business, resource candidates, negotiate fees and close deals. As you move through the company, you will take on more responsibility – throughout the business we have many examples of individuals reaching management in under 18 months and Director-level in under 6 years. What’s the offer? • Basic salary with generous, uncapped commission structure Year 1 - £25 – 30K, OTE Year 2 - £35 – 40K, OTE Year 3 - £55 -60K, OTE Year 4 - £80-100K, OTE • Clear career progression - we offer a meritocratic, target-based promotion structure.
