OUR AHP RECRUITMENT TEAM
As part of continued and progressive growth, we are now looking to expand our Allied Health Professional recruitment team, who specialise in the recruitment of Health Science Service (HSS) and Allied Health Professionals (AHP) for locum jobs across the UK.
The team recruit for a wide variety of specialisms including; Paramedics, Counselors, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Clinical Researchers.
As such we are always keen to hear from experienced recruiters in this field, or from those who have experience working in an associated AHP or HSS sector who may be looking for a challenging, yet rewarding career change.
To ensure that ID Medical is an Allied Health Professional's first choice of agency, through providing outstanding service and ensuring the right people are placed into the right roles at the right time, working to defined targets and SLAs.
·To develop relationships with both new and existing candidates for locum opportunities
·Identifying opportunities to acquire new candidates through headhunting, referrals, internal databases and conferences and events.
·Propose solutions for your candidates, liaising with the client team in order to maximise opportunities and generate revenue, ensuring all parties are kept informed;
·Ensure your candidates are compliant with relevant authoritative guidelines and current legislation, both prior to embarking on work for ID Medical and remaining compliant both during and after placements;
·To accurately record all contact with candidates into our CRM system (Eclipse);
·Ensuring correct timesheets are received from candidates in good time, keeping track of what is outstanding and of any payroll or timesheet queries
·Meet monthly agreed targets based on billings and invoicing based on:
Dial rates and call time per day
Quantity of CVs sent out per day
Quantity and value of new registrations, new starters and terminations
Compliance status of your candidates
Percentage of vacancies filled for key contracts
·Negotiate offers and terms of business with candidates to minimise costs to ID Medical
·Ensure that all booking procedures are completed in full every time
·Ensuring that all CVs, confirmations and written communication leaving the business are correct and accurate
·To manage a positive presence on the desk - motivating self and others to work together as a team
·To review agreed objectives/action plan on a monthly basis to ensure they are reflective of evolving business requirements
·Continually develop own knowledge and skills in line with departmental, organisational, market and customer requirements
·You will have the ability to build rapport and grow long standing relationships based on trust and loyalty
