Graduate Recruitment Consultant - £18,000 - £45,000 per annum OTE I am currently seeking motivated, driven, bright graduates to start their career in recruitment as a trainee recruitment consultant here at the G2V Group. The Role Successful candidates will receive training from our development academy, with a mixture of both on the job and classroom based training from industry leading professionals. Previous recruitment experience will not be necessary as we will train you up to the G2V standard. As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for the following: * Building Relationships with Clients * Generating your own leads * Sourcing, placing and preparing candidates for interviews * Negotiating Fees * Managing job offers * Closing deals * Responsible for developing your own 'business’ Our Ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant… We are open to candidates from a wide variety of backgrounds that are serious about a career in recruitment and possess the following competencies; Excellent communicator - You need people to buy into you and must be able to build rapport with a wide range of people. Competitive – You must have the desire to outperform your peers and competitors. A need to succeed and be better than your peers can turn an average consultant into a Top Biller. We want to see a demonstration of the talent you have in your achievements so far being academic, sporting, professional or personal. Self-Analytical – We want our consultants to be confident in their abilities. After all, if you can’t sell yourself how you can sell anything else?
