Job Description: Positioning the businesses recruitment service effectively to employers and candidates some of whom have never heard of the business. Creating opportunities for candidates & employers by building relationships with them, establishing/qualifying their recruitment needs, overcoming any objections and asking good questions Discussing candidates suitability for vacancies and recommending talented professionals to employers Creating a strong first impression and always giving customers confidence you can help them/provide an effective service Selling & delivering recruitment services for Senior IT sales professionals Using established business relationships to help you be productive by building relationships with existing contacts who require recruitment services including looking for staff or a career move themselves Researching & contacting new companies & candidates well suited to the capability to deliver recruitment services and articulating our value proposition resulting in further opportunities Apply as a trainee - Criteria for you to reach: - 5 GCSE's A-C including Maths, English and Science. - MINIMUM of 2 years B2B sales. - Experience working in a telesales environment. - History of consistent billings/sales. - Used to working in a target/KPI driven environment and record of surpassing your targets. - Be charismatic and un-phased by rejection. Your profile: A graduate with 1 -5 years Sales/Recruitment experience. We will also consider candidates from non sales backgrounds eg teaching, general business or gym instructor Stable employment history ideally demonstrating progression Proof of success against main goals/targets in previous employments essential 1) Producing brilliant outcomes for candidates and employers by selling their recruitment service Abilities/behaviours required: Persuasive, tenacious, thrive & calm under pressure, not too easily offended/upset Energetic, highly motivated/driven, strong work ethic/career focus, money motivated Appropriate use of humour, sparky, punchy, interesting personality, highly sociable, likable, fun, self-assured, enthusiastic, positive outlook Process information quickly, bright, perceptive/astute
