This means that we're expanding our team of staff and a vacancy is currently available for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Liverpool. The role is based at our city centre office (next door to Bluecoat Chambers, just off Church Street) and it offers a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and outgoing individual to embark on a financially rewarding sales career in a company that values its staff. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with Connex, you will be responsible for building relationships with schools in the local area and, using our ever-growing base of candidates, will strive to meet their supply needs. This isn't just a regular desk job however; you'll also be able to leave the office behind regularly to visit schools in your area and generate new business. As you'll be travelling locally, you must be able to drive and have access to a car. We are looking for someone with a confident, lively personality, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of working towards (and beating) set targets. Previous sales experience is essential and you should be confident in your skillset but you don't have to be experienced in the recruitment sector.
