£21K – 23K basic plus OTE £30-35k Construction and Property Recruitment Consultancy London Bridge Excellent opportunity for you to develop a career within a specialist recruitment consultancy with in depth training and support provided The Role Gaining one to one training from leading consultants within the business you will learn the full 360 degree recruitment process: • Using sales, Business Development, Marketing techniques and networking to attract business from clients • Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work • Screening, selecting and managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates • Negotiating pay, salary and benefits packages with clients • Working towards and exceeding targets Benefits • Basic salary of £21,000 rises to £22,000 after 3 months then £23,000 once promoted alongside - no threshold and UNCAPPED commission • One on one coaching sessions and boardroom training sessions • Offer a range of internal and external courses including Open University and accredited management courses • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, Christmas Shutdown plus Day off for birthday • Active social calendar throughout the year in addition to weekend away incentives to venues such as Vegas, Marbella, Prague, Berlin and Amsterdam Company Background Potensis are a leading and recognised recruiter within the construction and property industry.
