Teaching Personnel, the UK's largest education recruitment company, is seeking to hire a Trainee Recruitment Consultant immediately in our Northampton office. The office is based in contemporary, serviced offices on Pavilion Drive on the Northampton Business Park. You'll be working alongside a team of experienced consultants who will offer you a great level of coaching and support, ideal to kick start your career in recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be required to do a high volume of sales and business development calls to schools across your local region as well as resourcing and recruiting quality teachers and carrying out interviews and creating quality marketing and advertising. Alongside this you will be having regular face-to-face client visits whilst building relationships with key decision makers in schools. A background in sales and working towards targets will be advantageous and an understanding of the education sector will be preferred, however not essential.
