You will already have an established client base to grow, rather than starting from scratch. Day to day responsibilities: * Conducting sales calls * Attending client meetings * Account management of existing clients * Interviewing and registering candidates – both over the telephone and face to face * Negotiating fee’s * Selling opportunities to candidates as well as selling candidates to clients * Matching CV’s to positions * Placing adverts * Formatting CV’s * Writing profiles of candidates in a professional manner * Liaising with clients * Dealing with queries by email and telephone Previous Recruitment experience is not necessary but a strong sales & customer service or account management background and a hard working nature is key. You will be keen to learn and have a natural skill for building rapports and problem solving. As part of your training program you will receive both in house training from some of the most successful Consultants in the industry and also have the opportunity to attend Interaction's award winning training academy.
