Basic Salary: £18,000 (£25,000-£35,000 OTE) We are looking for a new Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing, high energy team. The successful applicant will automatically be enrolled onto our 'Super Billers’ training programme. What are 'Super Billers’? These are people who specialise in recruiting the hard to find candidates. They are successful in making regular placements and contribute heavily to the growth of our company. In turn they earn themselves fantastic bonus on top of their salary. These confident, motivated, ambitious and professionally-minded individuals have the opportunity to earn £25-30K+ in Year 1, £50k - £100k in Year 2, but with uncapped commission the sky really is the limit. You could be a successful 'Super Biller’ if you are: • A natural relationship builder • Prepared to work extremely hard to reach your goals • 100% positive and motivated • Able to find creative solutions to challenging problems • Able to show evidence of previous success in a competitive environment, perhaps sports or sales • Genuinely seeking a long-term career in sales We will invest in you and train you to be a 'Super biller’ Our super billers have been lucky enough to be taught by Mike Walmsley and his renowned 'Super Biller’ program which is used internationally. In addition to this program our 'Super Billers’ have also been lucky enough to access training from a well-known sales performance coach & recruitment trainer. If that’s not enough, throughout this programme you will also benefit daily from one-on-one coaching and support from AJ Recruitment’s highly successful founders and Directors Jo Guy and Andrew Brindley. You will be applying your new-found knowledge to sell intelligently, on the phone and face-to-face, to the major players in the social care market, including care at home businesses, third sector organisations, local authorities and the NHS.
