Trainee Recruitment Consultant Do you want a new role in sales? Not happy with the earnings potential of your current job? Can’t see a clear progression in your current field of work? Recruitment could be for you! A job in recruitment could see you earn over £35,000 (OTE) in your first year! You will earn a basic salary of £20,000 and if you’re prepared to work hard, the rest is up to you! Uncapped commission schemes could see you take home up to 35% of your billings. In recruitment there is a transparent career ladder and if you’re prepared to work hard you could make it to management level in just three years! We are looking for recent graduates who are hard-working and aspirational. Previous sales experience is also preferred.
