Due to an expansion of the business, a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is required for a busy central Reading Industrial and Engineering agency, providing excellent customer service to clients and candidates. The ideal candidate is motivated, computer literate and a fast learner with good communication skills. Must be able to work flexible hours and have good admin skills to support Consultants. Tasks will include: * Interviewing candidates * Daily management of on-site personnel * Generating sales leads * Advertising * General admin A clean driving license essential.
