We’re now recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant or Recruiter to join our Sunderland Office. The Role In addition to delivering new business, this role will see you: Managing an existing client base, sourcing new candidates promptly Registration of candidates Contact with key clients On going training in business development to lean you career to become a Recruitment Consultant Building a database of new clients while managing existing clients Increase productivity / contribution Increase revenue year on year You’ll be enthusiastic about smashing you own KPI's as well as working as part of the branch to receive additional bonuses, as well as working towards your own set goals.
