ITSS Recruitment, an established and growing IT, Marketing and Finance Recruitment Consultancy based in Central Watford, are going through a really exciting period of growth and are actively looking to recruit Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team. Our Recruitment Consultants work in an environment that they love, with earnings potential designed to exceed their expectations and enable them to surpass their personal goals combined with great in house training and development. The successful person will have excellent interpersonal skills and be a driven and self motivated personality. Whilst some sales experience is essential (ideally though not essentially a service sell), full training is provided and as long as you have the hunger to succeed and can work well in a team, we will be keen to talk to you. Whilst you do need to be IT literate, an indepth knowledge of the recruitment industry is not necessary as full training will be provided. Above all you will be very ambitious and the type of person that always wants to achieve more today than you did yesterday. As part of this varied sales position you will be: working alongside a a team of experienced recruitment consultants helping to source candidates for existing clients gain a full understanding of client requirements and candidate motivations helping to manage the clients recruitment process being fully trained to ultimately take over your own business area The ideal candidate must live locally to Watford, Hertfordshire (we are based in the town centre) and will: Have proven sales experience Have a good telephone manner Be ambitious and determined to achieve great results Be a good team player Be organised in approach Be IT Literate (able to use a computer, Microsoft Word etc) We offer a competitive basic salary, plus very generous, uncapped commission.
