Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer Linear Recruitment Manchester are looking for a driven and highly motivated recruitment resourcer or someone looking to begin their recruitment career to join a very busy blue collar contract desk. You will be working as part of a successful team and duties will include *Registering candidates for future work *Database Cleansing *Resourcing for live vacancies *Interviewing candidates *Taking down job descriptions from clients *Ensuring candidates are compliant to work *Networking with candidates and generating referrals and sales leads The role is heavily focussed on the telephone but you are also expected to meet candidates face to face and after initial training visit clients in their workplace. Candidates will be considered from recruitment resourcing backgrounds from any sector or alternatively trainees who are used to working in a fast paced environment with experience of telephone based work. Full training will be given to enable you to develop a career in recruitment
