Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 (OTE: £22,000 - £25,000) Benefits: 22 days annual leave (increasing by 1 each year until 25) + bank holidays, commission, pension scheme, flexible working hours, Perkbox, regular training, clear progression path, incentives etc. Location: Dudley (DY1 4RH) Working Hours: Flexible Hours between 7am and 7pm Monday to Thursday and 7am and 17:30pm Friday. The Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer you will work along side an experienced Recruitment Consultant who will support you day to day and deal with client facing activities. Daily tasks may include: Updating candidate and client activity onto leading recruitment software. CV searching and short listing via CRM, job boards and social media. Managing time well to ensure all vacancies have CVs. Thoroughly telephone interviewing candidates. Arranging interviews and managing the process. Generating referrals and company leads for Consultants to follow up. Handling offer negotiation. Achieving weekly and monthly KPI targets such as CVs sent, interviews arranged etc. The Candidate To be considered for this role you don't need any previous experience in recruitment as all training will be provided, however we would like someone who has some sales experience, whether that is office based, door to door, retail, B2B/B2C etc. We are looking for someone who: Has a sense of urgency and understanding of time pressures. Is able to confidently use a computer (e.g. Microsoft Office). Wants to work/enjoys working in a highly pressured sales environment. Is extremely organised and manages time well. Would be happy to work overtime if an urgent project came in. Comfortable working to targets.
