Primary Recruitment Consultant – Southampton We are currently recruiting for a vibrant, energetic, enthusiastic sales person to join our successful and expanding Southampton team! We have a ‘warm’ desk available which already has using clients and candidates working with Supply Desk! The right consultant for this role will inherit approx. 20 using schools and will need to grow the already existing business there! No experience in recruitment or sales needed! We just want people who have the desire, commitment, tenacity and willingness to learn and develop. We’ll do the rest to help you get there. Our commission scheme is unmatched in the industry and a desire to earn a six figure salary within 5 years is welcome. As a consultant, you will go through a structured learning program to help you develop your desk in line with the company ethos. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and other senior members of the team to develop your skills and knowledge in the role. We offer a 3day residential training program in our London office. We will also spend time coaching you to become the best in the industry.
