Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Swansea HA 8495 Salary: £16,500 - £18,000 plus excellent OTE! Penguin Recruitment are a growing specialist Recruitment Consultancy with over 15 years' experience within the IT Sales, Environmental and Engineering sectors. We're currently looking for an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Swansea based team, the successful candidate can expect to work within a supportive and friendly environment and receive full training to become an up and running Recruitment Consultant. It is likely that the successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant will have: Excellent written and verbal communications skills Previous recruitment/telesales experience A proven track record in hitting and exceeding sales targets A strong academic record (BSc or equivalent advantageous but not essential)Typical duties will include: Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles Liaising with line managers and directors of companies ranging from family run consultancies through to global multi-disciplinary firms Securing vacancies and building your own portfolio of clients Submitting CV's to roles, arranging interviews and managing the whole recruitment process Preparing high quality adverts Negotiating candidate's employment contracts including salaries, benefits and start datesIn return we're offering: A competitive starting salary Generous commission scheme Full training Contributory pension scheme Excellent career progression opportunities Monthly team building activities including go karting, paintballing, meals out and trips to theme parks (amongst others)!Interested?
