The programme combines a mix of learning opportunities from classroom based to online platforms as well as on the job training, allowing individuals to embrace difference techniques. Once graduated from the Academy, the Trainee Recruitment Consultant will join one of our specialist technical divisions where they will then become a full Recruitment Consultant.
