Trainee Recruitment Consultant Bristol £17,000 to £21000 Basic + OTE £40,000 + Up To £1,000 Pay Rise Every 3 Months + Benefits Trainee Recruitment Consultant role available for driven individuals who are looking to earn lots of money and progress as quickly as they can through the ranks. Previous successful Trainees have been for example: candidates with some sales experience, people from retail and candidates with door to door sales experience. All you need is a hunger to achieve, drive to work hard and be a confident communicator. With lots of jobs around in Bristol, the reason that you would join our company is that its big enough to be a stable career move but small enough that your success will be needed in order to take the business forwards. We will make sure that you do well – you will receive a full training manual, regular tests and ongoing 1 on 1 mentoring by a Senior Consultant. The job is hard – you will make 80+ cold calls per day and you will need to learn all aspects of recruitment quickly. You will face lots of rejection and a steep learning curve. In return for all this you will earn £40,000 + in your first year, gets lots of training and support and be surrounded by like-minded people. The company has lots of individual incentives for a job well done and we celebrate team achievements monthly (Bowling, Go Ape, Karting, Quad Biking etc). The Role: * Full 360 recruitment role – we will teach you everything! Interviewing, sales, matching candidates to jobs, managing the recruitment process and understanding job briefs. * Providing permanent recruitment solutions in the engineering market – what this means in everyday language is that we charge on average £4,000 for our fee and you would keep 20%, 25% or 30% in commission. * Structured training and progression from Trainee to Consultant to Senior Consultant to Principle Consultant and then to team Management.
