Job Description

One of the biggest international healthcare recruitment agencies has an exciting vacancy for a recruitment consultant! The selected candidate will be handling nursing recruitment operations in to our UK clients; starting from getting briefed by the Clients, to head hunting and finalising job offers. What you will do? * We will train you to develop your head hunting skills to an elite level * You will be targeted to source suitable candidates for existing vacancies * You will develop new business for our agency by signing up new clients * You will liaise with candidates and clients to arrange interviews, agree terms, finalise offers etc. What we are looking for? * Proven track record of success * Sales experience * Experience in handling Clients and desk running * Excellent communications and organisational skills * Experience in the recruitment industry (ideally healthcare) - Desirable * Hard worker, enthusiastic, and keen on a fantastic career in recruitment Our location? * Our office is in Reading (Green park business park); Shuttle buses run to Green Park from the town centre and the rail station every 10 minutes at peak times What you will get? * Base salary: Up to £20,000 + uncapped bonuses £35-40k OTE * Working with lovely people….Lots of fun at the office! * A chance to progress into senior positions as we are looking to grow our latest branch in Reading * Free coffee * Free pizza every Friday (if you hit your weekly target)??
