As a trainee recruitment consultant at FRONTrunner you will be: * Given a warm desk with existing vacancies to work on. * Calling new and existing clients to build rapport and get vacancies to try and fill * Generating candidates to arrange interviews for * Writing adverts to attract good candidates * Matching and interview candidates to fill vacancies we have been given * Working towards targets to achieve personal and company success * Working on your own desk either in the engineer or dental sectors To be successful in this role you need:- * A good telephone manner * Telesales experience or some sort of B2B sales experience would be great * Having any experience within the dental industry or the mechanical / electrical industry would also be a major advantage but is not essential * You are open to learning about and progressing in recruitment * You are able to build good rapports with people and influence them * You need to driven by success and have a lot of resilience * Are you living within travelling distance to Watford Business Park in Watford? salary / benefits * 14-16k basic salary, this will rise once you have gone through your training and have your desk established * monthly commission and quarterly bonus – realistic first years OTE of 25-30k with our 20-30% commission rates * free parking on site * close to shops, supermarket and the gym * the chance to join a growing company with a promotion plan for high achievers Call me now and tell me what you would spend your first commission cheque on.
