On Wednesday 4th January 2017 we will be holding a group assessment day APPRENTICE STYLE – we will be putting the candidates through their paces, with sales presentations, group tasks and interviews where the candidates will battle against to secure their job offer ! Due to a successful financial year the Public Sector/Commercial Division has expanded and growing rapidly. We successfully recruited 5 new recruits in September and we now require an additional 5 trainees to join the division. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, hardworking and sales focused individuals to join our existing team ! The successful candidates will earn commission straight away with a realistic OTE £30-35k. The role will initially involve providing resourcing recruitment support creating and developing a talent pool of candidates for temporary placements generating GP within our existing business. After the initial 6 Months we will review the performance with a view for the successful candidates to move into the 360 role incorporating sales new business development. This is a fantastic opportunity for the 5 individuals seeking to either build upon their existing experience or break into recruitment. We are seeking an individual who is serious about working in recruitment, hardworking, with a strong work ethic, business minded, has the ability to sell, common sense, confident, outgoing, thick skinned, resilient and money motivated ! What we are not looking for clock watchers, disillusioned (people who like the social side of recruitment and not the actual work) and cannot hold their own ! In return we are offering the opportunity to earn commission straight away, a generous commission package, GP target incentives to increase basic salaries, team incentives and rewards and a company mobile phone. The basic salary offered is £18k to be reviewed after the probation period with an increase by £3k ( car allowance bonus) based on KPI and GP financial targets achieved.
