Glassdoor have just released their list of the 25 best jobs of 2016 and coming in at numbers 13 and 14 are jobs in recruitment. If you are considering a career within recruitment, why not chose a company where you get the added satisfaction of working in an ethical, principled environment, helping not for profit organisations find the staff they need to carry on their increasingly valuable work?
TPP are currently looking for ambitious, personable and confident individuals who are motivated to develop a successful career within recruitment, starting as Trainee Consultants.
TPP have been passionate about recruiting for the not for profit sector for 20 years. From our early days in Paddington, to our fantastic offices in Cannon Street, our business and reputation have gone from strength to strength.
We recruit to a diverse range of roles across the charity and public sector and our teams mirror those of the sector. Our reputation for quality is the key to our success and our consultants pride themselves on the outstanding service they provide to our candidates and clients as well as the specialist expertise they have developed within their particular discipline. TPP also support the sector in many ways through our Giving Back initiative, employees also receive 5 days per year to volunteer.
If you feel you are someone who would excel in a sales environment where quality and service are paramount, we want to hear from you. Previous recruitment experience is not essential but if you have worked in a support function within recruitment or in a sales role this may be an advantage. You will also need a genuine interest and empathy for the not for profit sector along with sound office skills including the ability to prioritise, work to deadlines and demonstrate strategic thinking. In return, TPP offer a structured training programme and continuous personal development, working in a supportive, fun and results driven environment.
Some of our most successful Consultants started life on our Trainee Scheme and have developed their career (and their earning potential). Could this be you?
