The role of a resourcer focuses on finding the right candidates for live vacancies. Your duties would consist of:
- Writing adverts
- Using social media, to attract and network with potential candidates
- Searching job boards for candidates suitable for the vacancies you are working on
- Handle advert responses quickly and professionally
- Manage administrative tasks; editing CV's, forwarding interview confirmations and documentation to candidates
This role is ideally suited to someone who has excellent communication skills, strong administrative and customer service skills and posses an enthusiastic approach.
