This opportunity is ideal for 1st or 2nd jobbers who want to focus on quality, headhunting, networking, relationship management and working hard in an environment where everyone supports each other. Your job role: * As a trainee resourcer, you will expect top training to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle process; * From sourcing/headhunting new candidates through advertising, network, research and headhunting * Qualifying candidates, arranging interviews and managing interview processes * Guiding candidates and client through hiring process, offering advice and coaching if required. * To manage the offer process - negotiating salary/rates and ensuring both your candidate and client are satisfied with the offer * You will have the flexible option on deciding whether to stay within the delivery team or progress onto full 360 recruitment role after training What it takes to become a successful Resourcer: * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at a professional/business level with senior individuals * Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Cyber Security market * Motivation to succeed * Hard work, resiliency, a 'can do’ attitude * Attention to detail and accuracy * Strong work ethic and ready for new challenges * Is energetic and target driven A bit about us: Via Resource are a specialist recruitment consultancy focused within the Cyber and Information Security market.
