If so, PK Education are looking for a Trainee SEN Education Recruitment Consultant. The agency is experiencing an exciting period of growth, meaning we are looking for a Trainee SEN Education Recruitment Consultant for our Sheffield Office. You’ll be joining an experienced, successful and supportive team, that will help with your training and development. The ideal candidate will: Have experience working with Special Educational Needs children, and a good knowledge of how SEN schools work. Be driven, motivated and determined to succeed. Have the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Be personable, intelligent and dependable, keen to bring new ideas and carve out a new and exciting career in education recruitment. The role will include: Building long lasting relationships with SEN schools in the South Yorkshire area, visiting them and calling them on a regular basis. Recruiting supply SEN Teachers and SEN Support Staff for day-to-day, temporary and permanent work in SEN schools in the South Yorkshire area. Effectively listening to SEN Teachers and SEN support staff to find out exactly what they’re looking for, then intelligently matching them with the right schools to ensure the best fit for both parties.
